Who uses the workspace?
Account access is intended for supervisory and administrative roles. Direct-care staff can be documented in observation records without their own HapSci account.
Clinical leaders
See monitoring status, trends, and unresolved follow-up items across the clinical work they are authorized to view.
Organization admins
Manage the clinical team’s access and review organization settings alongside the supervision workspace.
Direct-care staff
Staff being observed are represented in records. They do not sign in to HapSci as direct-care users.

Does HapSci replace a full practice management system?
HapSci focuses on protocols, treatment integrity, IOA, analytics, and supervision follow-up. It is not presented here as a scheduling, claims billing, or full electronic medical record system.
Can I use it to review IOA?
Yes. The app includes a separate interobserver agreement workflow connected to client goals.
Where can I read the policies?
The current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available from the test app. The owner should confirm final publication links before this site goes live.
