Record an integrity observation
During supervision, work through the checklist and record how each component was implemented. HapSci calculates a treatment integrity percentage from the applicable components.
Review the pattern
Use the dashboard and analytics to review observations over time, see components that may need attention, and find programs due for monitoring.
Document the next step
Track follow-up and training or corrective action work where it fits the clinical supervision process.
